(383+574)/(269+404) = 1.426 --> Cold Snap damage buff was more than 40%. I'm not entirely sure what happened to the chance to freeze. At level 1 it is the same, but I couldn't see any info about that number increasing through leveling. Might well be possible they removed it due to the new freeze chance nodes, although Cold Snap would be kinda lackluster in that case. After all you have to deal with a 4 sec delay or go Romira's Banquet + RT, Arctic Breath doesn't suffer these drawbacks and gets the freeze chance from the tree as well.

Arc isnt really nerfed if you think about it. I mean it is nerfed but with recent release of echo ARC will still have more DPS than it had with faster cast majority of last season.

So really Arc is just getting corrected. Will still be immensely powerful. More powerful than majority of last season even with the "nerf"

Ice nova buff doesn't scale linearly,so i think it's close to 20% at lvl 20

That site seems 100% right about all other skills I have check so it seems that rageing spirt buff is true.

Summon Raging Spirit at lvl 20:
Now -> 293-438
1.2 -> 486-727

66% more dmg.

I hope they change that fast if it goes live with that.

Good lord. If they enhanced it even more that would be insane.

They kicked it up 66% last patch. I wonder if that is a confusion because the gem won't have numbers on it.

pretty sure SRS is not changed or nerfed, no way it's buffed again by 66 % ( I guess it's the previous buff )
