So for pure Physical Damage Vulnerability seems to be 5% down, not such a big hit. I assume Quality still is 0,5% increased Physical damage. Seems with A 21/20 or 20/23 Vulnerability should be the same with just 10% Curse-Effect which means curses basically get the Aura-Threatment, worse with now Investment, but incredible strong with lots of Points invest. Not sure about the Rare/Unique-Penalty though.

Base dmg apply to both of them. Before 2 handed did 80% of base and dual did 60% of each weapon and then 80% of that.

7% less in DoT. A slight buff in survivability for vulnerability map for RF builds. lol

Burning Arrow was actually pretty much reworked.



This is cool. The problem with Burning Arrow was always that, despite it's name, it was basically a Physical skill. Needed Avatar of Fire and a perfect Blackgleam to play a burn prolif build using it. Now it will just take one or the other.

well each new leagues come with nerfs old one and buffs.
Remember my words after that league most of that nodes will be nerfed ;D
btw. about bows buff that 53lvl unique bow now have 100-250 dmg idk what heppneed with lioneye;D
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

Maybe I should buy another Lyoneye before people will notice :P but honestly the rolls on Lyoneye are too low if they don't increase them a good rare bow will be a lot better.
