So where is all this explained at? Is critical strike flat out critical strike across melee/ranged/spell?

I'm currently at Lvl 38 and greatly enjoying this Spec. But I feel like my damage, CC and survivability are dropping rapidly as I progress. Any suggestions on how to improve my gear and how to set focus on my skill tree right now? Linked below:

try getting some Spellpower on your gear. It should help with the damage output..quite a bit.

Your playing a caster build but only using 2 pieces of gear with Spellpower on it. Try and get some of that and you will notice a difference.

Exactly, you can get about 50% spell power on each hand.

I was using double wands, not wand + shield. As you can see, the Spell Power was very high, which positively reflected on my clear speed.

Yes but good wands are hard to come buy especially for poor people such as myself lol. I'm using a shield that gives me + 35 resistances which is working out well for my survivability and a a 13% percent wand lol. My damage isn't huge but I'm surviving to say the least.

I don't get it, why use Blood Rage, with CI? From what i found in wiki "Chaos Inoculation: This keystone will make you completely immune to the life drain effect of the skill. Since you are always considered to be at full life with Chaos Innoculation, you do not receive the Low Life Attack Speed bonus."
