My res are 79 84 87 I stick at my rings and foible. I want cast speed on gears but It look's imposible. Also some tips for who want to do this build: Staff: Buy or find a 5l staff make it +2 fire with alteration(It's really easy, 200 alt max). Then you can start farm atziri! I was able to do atziri with my +3 5l staff and 19 lvl gems no quality. So staff will cost 2 ex max. Chest: check poe.xyz.is for +90 life and like 300 es. then buy good chest then craft it with master craft. As i did. rings and neck: I'm stick with foible. Foible like created for this build it's really amazing. mana regen + mana and also it save me a lot of dex. for rings mana regen, res priorty get some life,es,mana cast speed will be amazing. belt: get as much as res you can. Life es also other gears: life es mana resistance. If you want to atziri farm safely you have to 30 movement speed in boots it's important It hard to capped resistance i will not deny it. Also i get 143 unreserved mana 292 mana regen with 19 lvl clarity. I need more regen and more unreserved mana. I think i will buy 21 lvl reduced mana which gears i should upgrade you think ? Hey everyone, loving this guide and build. It's been my first time actually making a character that even beat act 2, and naturally this has been my first season. I'm playing in beyond.
I'm looking for some advice on what I should upgrade or change next. This is my current gear:

Now I've been following ShadeFinale's modified build for hardcore that was in this thread. It's been working great. I haven't taken Eldritch battery because I find I don't need it yet/at all. Though I see that you recommend not using Cloak of Defiance because it can interrupt your casting. I haven't run into that yet. I'm running on about 225 unreserved mana. So can anyone give me some advice on what I should most look towards upgrading for survivability? I have max resists in Merc except -16% chaos. Alright, started seeing the issues with Cloak of Defiance without EB. Got it now.

" Yeah, the rule of thumb is you need 30-40% of your life as unreserved mana to make CoD work. So, say you have 4000 HP that comes out to around 1400 mana *unreserved*. Just too much to ever really have without EB. |

How about Carcass Jack? Is that an ok chest piece to use?
