but what about today? the servers are doing the same sort of thing "failed to join any instances" and then disconnecting only to reconnect and discover my instance has disappeared. Really frustrating when you are doing a unique map, then lose it not even 10% through.

Great visibility, this is how every company should be like! By visiblity I mean letting the folks know what is going on when things go wrong. Many companies hide thei're mistakes. This is much better, everyone makes mistakes. We are only humans. And you should not be so hard on yourself. You do a much better job then much bigger companies! a MUCH better job. Keep up the great work, love the game! :D

And this is why GGG is fast becoming one of my favorite devs. Instead of desperately trying to avoid telling us ANYTHING AT ALL, they're open. They tell us what the heck just happened, why it happened and how they're going to fix it. You'd think that wouldn't be too much to ask of people, but sadly finding openness like this is like finding a perfect 6l shavs.

I needed to get to bed, anyway. No hard feelings, it's always fun to watch people outside their comfort zone.

But seriously, nice job on the overall response and appreciate the post reports. As I have been in QA and Release before it's nice to see detailed reports!

No one is perfect, and a good portion of working is learning from mistakes. No harm done, here. This is a game, not a hospital patient's life support.
