Should I respec some points immediately after I hit 31 points? (some poinst in your final build aren't in 30 points build).

Why do people insist on making these fantasy 111 point builds? No, you probably wont get above lvl 80. Making builds like these makes it hard to tell what you should prioritize.
Please at the very least make it in stages, 30p build is great, maybe add in a 60p too and then a 80-90p one (already starting to get a bit unrealistic with 90p). Last edited by Srsbznz#0506 on Feb 3, 2013, 9:10:32 AM

Which build is more suited for hardcore, the "final build" or the "Alternate Resolute Technique Templar Build"?

" I totally agree in this. 80p builds should be somewhat what to aim. If your buidl doesnt really get together before that, it's a bad build. I have red trough fair portion of this thread. Early on resolute technicue seems very good skill to get (gives significant dps by 100% hit accuracy). It will make your life a lot easier. It might be also viable to switch to crit build later on, but I dont think I'm going to. Currently I'm lvl 53 templar and so far it seems good. Now: 75 point build: At this stage I think my build has already reached all the most important nodes. I wont even plan futher because I'll propably have hard enough time reaching even that :D As you can see, I haven't ventured practically at all to the marauder section of the grid. In my opinion there are too many str nodes before you can reach the good stuff, just not worth it. I'm not yet sure about the zealot's oath. Maybe I'll get it when I have enough es in gear. Currently using ls with the support of: weapon elemental dmg faster attack reduced mana With this mace it gives nice dps against packs of mobs. Also using wrath and low lvl clarity. Having abundance of mana, so I think I could actually swap the reduced mana to something else. Battle strategy is pretty much decoy totem -> wrath over mobs -> speed potion -> run to hack the mobs untill decoy totem gets killed. If mobs are not tough, you dont need the decoy and can proceed straight to hacking :D When I get to 5L armour, which would be wisest addition to this? Chain, fork or geater multiple projectiles? Any comments regarding my build? Great thread by the way? :) Last edited by Snouman#3435 on Feb 3, 2013, 9:58:59 AM

How does this build doe endgame?
Solo that is. I can understand small groups/bosses are not gonna be a problem, but since LS hits 3 targets max (without chain or quality (piercing effect)), isn't the clearing speed very slow? Or am i missing something here? |

imo meele physical damage nodes dont work with LS only +physical damage

Slightly improved version of the build. Also easier to spec into without having a mace early on.

Here is 75p of what I'm aiming for atm. Basically a lighter version of your build. Might end up taking more health nodes a bit earlier than after 75p. Never been higher than lvl 39, so we'll see..

First 32p, I'm only lvl 29, but working out fine so far at least. Looking forward to get RT in a few lvls :)

" I agree with this. I would like to see a 60 point because that is what I am working on now. At the moment I am level 30 and because of my gear I have 75% resist on fire, lightning, and cold. So if I enable the 2x +15% resistance bonus when using a shield, will it go to 105%? |
