Sorry for the offtopic but reading this made me realise that for at least 20 years of my life I've been putting pants on both legs at the same time, am I doing it wrong?
Nope that's how I do it as well. 'Run and Jump' technique. It can take several tries but it is worth the effort.

I think I might try this, if I ever get into the habit of taking them off on a night.
Casually casual.

Thanks for the heads-up GGG. I am looking forward to the new system(s) when they are introduced!

If the point of this thread were to actually interact with Chris, ibase would have said 'thank you' to Chris after he responded.
Why, it's almost as if a lot of people are generally unhappy with the game. Who woulda thought?

As for how it works, the current plan is a combination of public stash tabs .
Can you give any info yet on how many of these tabs will be available and will they cost anything? Hopefully you're at least planning to give some public tabs for free since otherwise there would be serious p2w issues.
Other than that though, this sounds like a good system so far.

The new trading changes aren't in the March 1.1.0 patch - there are two reasons:
a) We're keen to deploy them as soon as they're ready. There's no real need to wait for the next four-monthly patch.
b) The new trading stuff is not ready yet. It's a major system overhaul and we're still working on it. I'm really sorry about the delay.
As for how it works, the current plan is a combination of public stash tabs (to make it easier to find items) and separately, an asynchronous cross-instance-website trading system. You can basically trade (without buyouts) across the game and website. The trades and offers are still there when you log in later, so it's possible to trade with offline people or people who aren't in your game area or are on their phone or work PC.
This sounds like an auction house. That is not what i want =(

Again -- folks wonder why Chris avoids this place. Ha.
If he avoids this forum because of the state its in, that would be on people like you. People who constantly attack and degrade people. People who regularly brag about their connections and insider info they can't talk about. People who call threads they don't like "troll threads".
As far as this "trade feature" is concerned, it really just sounds like they are wasting their time. The community has already taken care of the issue they are trying to fix, and neither of them are fixing the real issue. As long as GGG is set on using outdated trading systems, the game will continue to suffer.
