Losing your life regeneration AND the use of life flasks is way more suicidal.

Not a good idea at all.

you spend a lot of points for 5% spell damage in the witch tree and a bunch if inefficient 8% life nodes rather than getting 9% cast speed and a 12% life node along with 2 8s.

life and resists in general.

past that, cast speed on jewelery, cast speed/projectile speed on wands with high spell damage. Lots of armor on armor pieces, 1 smaller ES piece of around 200, preferably gloves or boots.

So I have been studying EK for a few days now and I have to say I dont like the way you go through the passive tree. I feel like you're not getting enough mana regen. this way through the tree gives you that mana regen (basicly as much as kripps wand templar) while having enough HP nodes and armor (IR) being able to run 5 auras (clarity determination grace hatred Discipline) having enough armor to not 1shot yourself from reflect with EK, while using 2 bear traps. so using 3 hp pots and 2 granites or taking one out for a quick silver & not using a mana pot seems to be the best way
