it works! im doing this with my Righteous Fire build and its AWESOME ! way better than Sering touch

Forces you to maintain fenzy charges. Pain in the ass. I prefer to rely on passive regen. Safer and less headache.

The swords are great if you're willing to go through the hassle of recasting them every time you zone.

They're more for people who have less max HP. I'm at a point where my DPS is so high I can afford to be lazy :)

something like this instead of the Basket Rapier unique helps a lot, especially if you roll +2 to fire gems with + 1 to all gems. Empower benefits from +1 to all gems as well as Purity of Fire.

the mace becomes a +4 to all gems which can give you a total of +6 with a level 2 empower. Level 26 Purity looks pretty attractive to me.

Although you do sacrifice a lot of attack speed and potential resistances lvl 26 purity of fire would be nice.

But also consider that once you pass 90% max fire you start to gain redundant stats from your ruby flasks. They grant 10% max when popped which brings us to 100%. At 100% our natural life regen takes full effect. Anything past 100% is just wasted.

I'd rather not go over 90% and either use aurumvorax or a fast 1h for high LGoH healing from cyclone.

Thats just too much, you don't really need to push Purity of Fire that high. It's quite useless if you ask me.

How exactly would you use the redbeak? Do you let rf drain you until you're at 35% then switch weapons? And what're the links?

Cast Purity of Fire linked to BM > use flask > cast RF linked on an armor item > switch weapons > cast regular Purity of Fire
