Righteous Fire
Spoiler
Righteous Fire burns you for 90% of your HP and burns monsters around you for 50% of your HP. It also gives you extra spell damage but that's not important for this build. Because the burning damage is based off your HP this turns life into a source of damage. But before we can think about all the damage we're going to be doing to enemies we need to find ways to mitigate the damage it does to us. To achieve this we must boost our fire resist as far as possible.

Base Max Resist: 75
+
Elemental Adaptation: 77
+
Rise of the Phoenix: 85
+
Purity of Fire: 89

At LvL 20 Purity of Fire gives 4 max resist. Using the 28% aura effects we get from our passive tree that can be boosted to 5% giving us a total of: 90% Fire Resist!

We now have 10% of our health being lost every second to fire damage. This can be countered by % Life Regen.

8.8% From Passives
2.1% From LvL 20 Vitality + 28% Aura Effects
Giving us a total of: 10.9% Life Regen

We can now sustain RF without losing life. We even Regen .9% of our life per second!

Leveling
Spoiler
This build required a minimum number of skill points to work. This means that you must level using classic skills like leap slam and heavy strike.

The minimum requirements to switch to this build are:
- Able to use a lvl 17 Purity of Fire Gem & Vitality Gem
- Able to equip a Rise of the Phoenix Shield
- Able to fill out this passive tree: http://tinyurl.com/n5gurvg

Meeting these goals means you can run RF while only losings a fraction of a % of your HP. After this point you can start filling out the rest of your build as you level.

Build FAQ
Spoiler
Why Don't You Use Spells?
Spoiler
It would make sense to use spells. Righteous fire provides a sizable boost to spell damage and with my 500+ strength iron will would give me over 100%.

Unfortunately Elemental Equilibrium would work against me. Because I need to have monsters with - fire resist whatever spell I used would have massive nerfs to damage in spite of my spell damage. This also means I wouldn't leech much life and a reliable source of healing is essential. Spells also force you to stop and cast them. Who has time for that?

Why Do You Use Cyclone?
Spoiler
- Cyclone Provides a powerful source of healing from Life Gain On Hit. Against packs of monsters it will heal through nearly anything.

- The fact that it keeps you moving helps with mitigating damage from monsters trying to keep up with you.

- It also improves your clear speed. There is no need to stop and cast spells to keep monsters prepped with EE.

- Cyclone also has a radius of roughly the size of RF. This means that I proc EE right as the degen effect from RF comes in range. They're absolutely perfect for each other!

Bandit Choices?

Off Hand should be the RF 3L with +2 to Fire gems and +1 All...

Dagger or Wand.

Can get lvl 21 Inc AoE and lvl 23 RF and Inc Burn...

...Also, with the Spell power from RF, why not use a Spell to Proc EE and Life Leech...Iron Will with Astrementis gives good spell power, and this build also has the STR to make Iron WIll good.

I'll address why I'm not using spells in the details but basically they would ultimately slow down my dps.

And Certainly not seem as badass:)

-I had a RF character before it was nerfed...and also was about to remake an unarmed character...

...Going to lvl this build with facebreakers....and i already have decent gear for it:)

Spoiler

If we ever find a White Socket recipe will you use?

That unique doesn't provide lightning and cold damage to proc EE so no :(.
You'd just need to have any source of ele damage on gear...

...if you ever got a Kaom's, would you rely on burn damage DPS and get Inc AoE from Templar tree and use a Divinarius? Would be another 30% Increased AoE.

EDIT: Also, when adding in details to the build, you should mention the...
Alpha's Howl
-Reduced Mana
-Empower
-Vit
-Purity of Fire

---Gives +1% to Fire and .2% Life regen.

Before you start writing the build details yourself let me write up what I have planned and why XD

I have no intention of using alpha's howl.
Which way did you go when leveling?
-Duelist first or up towards Templar?

Random Math fact....
-If you have 90% to fire, then using a ruby is better than a 25% Hallowed at 1946 Life.

I'll add a segment about the leveling process but basically I went leap slam until about lvl 66. Once I got enough skill points I picked up all the essentials at once eg. Life regen, life, and aura buffs.
I've been thinking of speccing my current marauder into a RF build, and the tree I came up with is very close to yours with a few exceptions, mainly:

1: use lvl1 ice nove to proc ee
2: use The Supreme Truth unique for 40% increased damage
3: take the shorter route to the duelist (losing unwavering) and lose resolute, speccing those into the area and elemental damage at the templar start.

Do you think that your cyclone idea is better?

Also, do you know if item rarity/quantity work with RF ?
