Im currently lvling IB CI aswell. Loving it. Im curious what does the dps looks like fully gear at lvl 70 without the legvacy facebreaker?% Currently sitting at 2.5kdps /max resist. having no problem so farf but im only on cruel dominus atm.
To the other guy having problem with dps. Msg me ingame on In_A_Face ive got old physical ring i can prolly toss around for free . A 8-15 phys dmmg ring x2 will dramatical;y boost your dps. Meginord belt is a must aswell. Cant wait til i get aegis but im still 2 or 3 ex short for it. |

" Yes, as long as I have life I can skip Discipline. With Level 63 I can use my preleveled reduced Mana anyways and then I can switch to CI (my first Ci build, I'm exited! ^^" ). I hope I can amnage the "stunt" to spec 3 passives at the same time, I hate it to spare passive points XD. Frenzy is just an experiment to boost up Attack speed, nothing more. It takes some time to hit 3x with frenzy, may not worth the effort (I'm lazy too). I use it as standard attack for single targets sometimes, before I had the standard attack for this so Frenzy is at least a little bit better than the standard attack. Yes, the Crest has some advantages, I may switch back when I have more Mana. I starting now with the upper mana nodes to fill up for CI preparation (Witch is Level 55) and I also have other Shields in the stash for later use. But I fear that I never get an Aegis Aurora, just have no exalts and actualy I hate trading in PoE. Maybe my good old Orb-of-Chance-luck will give me an Aegis some day. My drop luck is non existant compared to that. ;) |

Well there is pretty much no difference between Damage on full life; Melee Physical Damage and Faster Attacks in terms of DPS. So for a 5L chest any 2 of these will do fine.. actualy i never put much thought about 5Link gem setup because i went from 4L straight to 6L... it is a matter of personal preference i guess Well the damage boost comes from a couple of things 950%+ Legacy Facebreakers( if possible ) or 750%+ Facebreakers ( if in the new leagues ) Abyssus + Meginord Rare rings and amulet( if you don't have the maximum possible flat phys then there is a room for upgrade here.. they can even have attack speed or/and X% fire damage but thats really too much to ask ) 6 Linked chest 20/20 gems level 20 Hatred Frenzy charges from Blood Rage Aura effectiveness nodes ( because of the hatred ) Strengh ( but it's really unnoticable ) @Deadbringer Well with my gear; 3 frenzy charges( from blood rage) and 750% facebreakers i have around 33k DPS ( don't remember the exact numbers.. will check them tomorrow if you want me to ) @Fusion_Power About the mana. Do you have mind drinker alreay? If you have huge mana problems and don't have it maybe you should "rush" to it. 2% mana leech will really make a huge difference. I suspect that the transition to CI without the Aegis Aurora will be tough but it is possible. Just get Rathpith Globe and grind The Ledge Merciless until you can put it on. And yea i know what you mean .. i hate trading too.. i always feel like i've made a bad deal... If you want a marauder facebreaker build you should really check out my other facebreaker build :)
http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/445390 because CI BoR Marauder is impossible But if you lose the BoR and get abyssus and the needed chest it is possible to play as a marauder too.. it's just that you'll lose some passive skill points ( exactly 5 actualy ) to get to the right "path" of the build. So basicly you'll have 16% less mana; 40% less mana regen and 10% less enegry shield... all that is not that big of a deal actualy. Alright, this build looks really good but do you think that the build would be viable without the aegis aurora? That item costs way too much for me, and if so what would be another good shield for this build?
I've been doing lvl 66-70 maps and I die sometimes, I guess that the aegis aurora would be the only way to fix that. |

I will really stick this question in Q&A :D Pretty much 50% of the questions are about what shield can be used instead of Aegis Aurora :D
