Problem is you can see in his first video, he would get WRECKED by level 65+ mobs that do chaos.
Also Struyk, you are 100% right those constructs are 50% P damage, and 50% chaos. But try a real chaos damage mob. PA archers, and try ones that are not level 58. Try ones that are 65+, you would die in seconds. Even worse try maps where you cant regen, or have 50% less regen, or maps where you take chaos damage 30 per second and cant regen, or maps that lower your max resists to 60% instead of 80 (which you dont even have in the video).
Also your 18k armor vs a 1000 hit is only isnt 16.66% chance to stun, its a lot more because you dont take 100 damage because you wouldnt have 90% DR you would only have 60DR, if you count charges you have to count charges BOTH ways.
On top of all this, you have 0% chance to evade. While Xendran has 9% doesnt sound like much but it does help. Just throwing it out there.

But an hp build at the same level can.
Your initial statement in this thread (one you repeated many times) is that armor is better than hp, and your armor build is better than an hp build.

Sounds like the defence you think armour gives you is actually just your dps. Which is useful but quite irrelevant when comparing hp to armour. Saturated flask doesn't negate three viper strikes. And I let her place them on me on purpose, to see if they fixed the boss skills. You gimp your leech by sacrificing total life.
As for not trying maps with chaos mobs, life builds can do that...

I think there is no need to be this negative, personally I think the game is too much about buffers (life, energy shield) and not enough about actual defences (well, resists, but their implementation is so bad). I was quite surprised to see someone claiming the exact opposite.

I never said that you can complete the game with no life nodes and only armour lol... It mainly until you get to maps where you dont need life nodes at all. Mayby this is where we went wrong?
I said im main post that armour is better untill the diminishing returns get to higher or untill the burst damage you get is to high, then you need to stack life!

Also, you claimed that armor is better than hp multiple times, this conversation has always been about level apropriate things (since your character is OVER LEVEL SEVENTY), the only way you can take that back would be to edit all of your posts in this thread.
So you went from 'pure armor is better than hp' to 'you can't complete the game with pure armor'
