[1.1.0] Ghore's Immortal Incinerate Regen Tank (EB + Mind over Matter/Max Block/Max AA)

Came back to the game roughly 10 days ago with my templar lvl 67 and found i had my skill tree wiped...and i started using this build, had to re-build all my equipment from 0 and still have lot of work to do.

I just changed a couple of things ( i'm lvl 82 now and still need some passives) in the build, i've tried The Anvil and didn't liked it, so i'm using this:

Basically for the cold res/spell damage/dex attributes to level up AA

At the moment i'm also using GMP instead of LMP, i've played this build before with LMP but i think GMP works better for the shotgun effect and the hp gained on hit on the large packs.

I still miss some block nodes and some block from the anvil but i feel the build is fine even a bit less tanky ( at least in SC), unless you have low regen ( i'm at 260+ hp and 230mp regen).

At my level i'm running clarity on mana because even with that i've got 1300+ mps left with all the auras.

I still miss the lvl 20 on the skills and the 6L on the chest, but i think that the 6L with GMP will be too expensive on the mana ( atm is 25 mp/cast on a 5L with: incinerate-GMP-add chaos-iron will- faster casting).

On a 6L with faster projectiles, should i go back go LMP or just keep GMP?

Glad to hear you are enjoying the build!

LMP versus GMP is almost entirely a regen associated thing. GMP does do overall more damage but has a pretty hefty multiplier in comparison.

If you can run GMP, whether it be a 5L or 6L, then that's definitely your best bet. A 6L with it though can be pretty heavy on the mana so it's certainty something to keep in mind when switching to a 6L.

Yes, i definetly have to try to run LMP/GMP on a 6L ( in the future) and make some tests for the mana consumption. I always run the Immortal Flesh ( as i am capped at 65% on all resistances even with that belt) and i have lvl 16 AA ( which drains a HUGE amount of mana but this fact is mitigated by lightning warp :P).

i Fear that i'll have to drop GMP in the future on my 6L for the mana consumption and i'm trying to overcome this problem with even more regen/mp mp pool ( tm my regen is 230 and i got 4.4k mp) but i don't know how to increase the amount :P
How do you deal with the CWDT nerf?

What level u will stop to level up the gems molten shell, enduring cry, and decoy totem with CWDT?

After fiddling with it I honestly see the CWDT taken as a nerf to the gem itself but in practical use its a buff in general, IMO.

What I mean is that with the old CWDT all the gems linked it in could only be used by the CWDT and could never be manually cast. So you had to commit atleast a 3L, but most of the time a 4L to get the most out of it.

With the new CWDT you can have it and whatever you want it to cast linked in it, but you can also have gems in that same link that it can't cast (because of the new gem level req) but since it can't cast it doesn't lock the spell out for manual casting. So you're still able to have access to it.

So now you can have your CWDT setup use 2-3 of the links for itself and can still use the rest of the links as spells that you cast. Typically utility spells...totems, leap slam/lightning warp, curses, etc.

The only spell that CWDT really enabled was Molten Shell. Endurance Charges are very easy to maintain without, as is keeping a totem up. Sure it really helps out having all of these on autopilot but frankly it was pretty silly and quite OP.

Sorry for the long prelude but with that being said I'm using a level 3 CWDT and a level 6 Enduring Cry to maintain the charges during a fight. That's it...Totems are too weak with being low level and molten doesn't give much at all either.

You could probably run like a 8-9 CWDT as well with a higher totem or atleast Molten Shell in it to get some benefit from that if you have the spare gem slots. I have not fiddled with higher levels of CWDT but I have heard from other people who are having strong results using partially leveled ones for the other utility spells.

Hope this helps.

Oops !

In a Cruel Act 2 rush I accidentally took the skill point by killing all the bandits :>

Did I just miss/fail something big ? Is there a huge difference having +4% cast speed by killing Allira ?
Although there's now bandit respec, I cannot afford it ;)

As for the build, I'm now lv 54 on Nemesis, and finally got my Cybil's Paw ! I stopped using FB+Infernal Blow, to use Incinerate in a small 3L setup (Incinerate/LMP/Mana Leech), because I'm just that poor, and it already feels awesome ! :D

Now I just gotta get a 4L+, and level to 59 in order to use

Hey guys, I've been having a huge desync problem that occurs only when using incinerate for the past week or so, and I'm curious if you've guys have had the same issues.

Just going to link the bug report forum to describe exactly what, but if it has been bothering you, I'm sure you'll know exactly what I'm referring to.

With that gear setup my max was 67% and if memory serves about 35% or so overcapped on cold and lightning res and fire was maybe only a 15-20% or so overcap.
