How do you think about Elemental Proliferation instead of Iron Will?

It would be a wasted slot and you would have to run added lightning as well. Incinerate doesn't do enough damage per hit to put meaningful shock stacks on the target. Even with a 30% chance to shock (20% from the tree and 10% from max quality added lightning) I didn't appear that things were getting more than a single shock stack for a fraction of a second.

I've tested it pretty thoroughly because I wanted to be able to contribute to a groups damage with shock stacks but it doesn't work at all.

More or less the same thing...

TS doesn't reliably put up shock stacks, even with static blows so it would be very hit or miss.

But the main reason why is because Iron Will doesn't have a multiplier which is substantial for TS cause it increases the dmg by a LOT but doesn't increase the amount of mana reserved.

This is why Iron Will is run over any other damage increasing gem in TS. It has benefits with literally no drawbacks.
