Crappy idea. It's +8% or 16%, at best. That's what, 6% or 12% Spell Damage? Pathetic.

Enhance sucks for just about everything but RF. It's kinda nice for that, but you don't use it on real skills (well, maybe Curses).

Woops i meant empower, not enhance. The one that adds extra levels to the supported active skill.

If I had Empower level 2-3, I'd be able to tell you exactly how much it adds (but I'll lend one and tell you soon). It's probably the best 6th link, but only as a 6th link.

Thanks for the awesome guide. Thinking about rerolling as this. I would love to see more people posting their gear, level and DPS as that's my only concern. I like how in theory this could work nicely with 2 items I would probably wear anyway: aurseize and goldwrym. Too bad that fire on goldwrym wasn't lightning! Oh man.

I also just have to say that I would have thought a nice guy like you, who seems to want to give back to the game would run a pretty low payout auction compared to what you would get back if you got the 6L. It may be what the market will bear, but I still think these low payout auctions are bad for the game. Not here to hijack a great thread, just sayin.

Yeah, this build can do MF fairly ok, but gear other than those 2 will be expensive and/or hard to find, what with the very specific things you'll need. Since it's a caster, stacking IIQ/IIR is easier, but I'd say ES is still the better base for true-MFers.
My 30 / 186 is NOTHING compared to my friend with 67 / 380, and I can't raise it drastically without losing a lot of survivability.

But for a tanky build, this can stack quite a bit compared to most.

Talk to me ingame, I know quite a few players following this guide, I can give you general stats (or they can). Let's just say that getting 185 Light Res on gear isn't easy, shall we?

Need to test if Iron Will 20/20 adds more damage than Empower level 2 or not. It's certainly cheaper to use, both with currency, and mana. Empower added about 1100 DPS at level 2, a bit more.

EDIT: Looks like if I take the Life Circle at the Shadow area and get +50 STR, it'll be about the same damage, at no mana cost. If I don't, Iron Will adds less, but it's still free. We'll see, but I can't say mana is a problem for me :).

When I can, I wanna test out Fork 20/20 and Chain 20/20. Both might be interesting for pack-clearing in parties. And of course, if it's a G, you can use Mana Leech for some maps at no loss of range.
