I wouldn't trust anything but unwavering especially in high level maps where mobs with certain mods can hit extremely hard which is sketchy when you can be stunned even if its for 1-2 seconds. As for Iron Reflexes it gives you an insane amount of physical damage reduction which is also vital for survival at higher levels unless you dodge which can still be sketchy when you get slammed by a pack of rhoas or guards.

Maligaros are just fine to use until you have enough to upgrade to thunderfists. As for bow I would take a 5L Voltaxic over a 6L lioneyes.
