Yes its best in slot for a crit life based build as reflect is never an issue even while having insane damage.

For LA its best in slot crit unless you enjoy ripping to reflect.

The main reason I say the new bow is best in slot is because all the things I did to stay alive to reflect is thrown out the window. LoH and LL vs double reflect min max doesn't even tickle. It also lets me run WED on LA without the chance of dying to off screen or careless on screen reflect.
