I thought this build was meatn for 1st character unfudn?! i have no funding either!! i dont want to be stuck at lvl 65.... its writen :Solo every map with ease is it true or not?

Soloing maps has nothing to do with first characters and lack of funds. There is no build that will allow you to do maps with god awful gear. You can play self found if you find the right gear, but there are specific things that are needed. By the time you're lvl 65 you will most likely have the currency to start a decent beginning gear set if you're smart about what you buy. If not, do some farming like every other player in the world who gets to that level and finds their gear isn't good enough for maps. The gear you'll need to make this build viable should be extremely cheap in comparison to many other types of builds.
