very interesting build, I might give it a shot after my dual ice spear tempy is done.

But, I want to start as a ranger. May you take a look at of my tree below



Also, I want to have some frenzy charges since I will be using blood range.

I think this build is great. I was able to reach merciless in less than 24 hours and with the orbs that i've saved leveling it I was able to buy a 5L bow and 5L chest. I'm on level 65 now. I am still trying to get better gear because I am having trouble with resists, especially chaos.

Sure, that would work but your dps is going to be a lot lower. I really do mean quite a bit lower. I'm not sure I'd be comfortable missing out on all those dps nodes. I think if you're going to choose ranger you need to pick up the 39% projectile damage. Still, your armor rating will be much lower, your dps will be lower, but your life looks like it will be a bit higher. And you'll have two more frenzy charges, though in terms of single target dps I'm not sure that would make up for the lost projectile damage.

For crowd control purposes, what are you currently using?
Right now I'm using a decoy totem, but I was thinking about a ranged attack totem with Rain of Arrows + blind. Do you think it might work?

OBS: if it weren't for the Silverbranch bow I'm using, I would be struggling way much more with mana issues.

I've never actually used ranged attack totem. Let me know how it works! However if you plan to follow my build and take Unwavering Stance, don't waste a socket on Blind. The Blind gem decreases an enemy's chance to hit you, but if you use Unwavering Stance you can't evade attacks which renders Blind useless.

Decoy works really well, especially a lvl 20 with 20% quality. It can survive a lot of damage.

Thanks for a fun alternative to the standard LA builds. I might be having the same problem as Khorga, but it is very difficult to see given the arrow speeds.

Can you confirm that each arrow in split arrow will chain? It seems like there aren't enough arrows flying sideways in big packs for each arrow splitting. That being said they do fly very fast. Have you had any experience testing this?

All 6 projectiles will chain so long as A) they hit something and B) there is an enemy within the chain range.

Was wondering if you think this build would be possible to run as CI instead of life? And if you could make show me what you'd change in order to use CI instead of life based.

but i also figured i could save the 10 esssentially useless points used to get resolute technique and just pick up the accuracy nodes between the ranger and shadow as well as the accuracy nodes near ghost reaver. That way I'd be able to crit and shock without the need for static blows.
