It's dps is 246 and it rolled a miserable 10% on an already really slow base, good luck to ya sir.

Maybe if you don't spec CI, but since this thread is mostly for CI Dagger Shadows, the main selling point of Shavronne's (the chaos damage doesn't bypass energy shield,) seems wasted.

I have a question on where I should head next on my passive skill tree

Passive skill tree build

I currently have 2 points and by the time I finish act3 I'll get 3 more from quests. I need to respec out of the elemental resistances but currently my lightning resistance is crap. But say I respec out and now I'll have 7 total points.

7 points would put me right at the start of getting inner force. Should I go after inner force at lv65?

Inner force is a great choice, but I'd build to it gradually as levels still aren't that hard to grind out pre 70s. Keep your resistance so long as you need to in order to remained capped, the damage you take from sub-capped resistance is huge still and every shred of defensive stats you can generate is important.

However, assuming you cap your resists with gear alone and can pull out of the resistance nodes, then do so and go directly to Inner Force, it's an amazing boost to both defense and offensive auras/flasks.
