Spent 45$ before and asked if i can upgrade to regal for 5$

difference in points between the packs.
If you're happy with this, please send your payment to us in USD via
Paypal at paypal@grindinggear.com and reply to this mail letting us
know that it's done, preferably with a transaction ID (note that
e-checks can take a week to arrive).

Man i so want that Divine pack
But already spent most the points from my $100 on stash tabs and stuff so wont have enough points to trade back.
Kind wish i didnt buy that frog and radiant weapon now lol

If you don't have the points to trade back, they work out a deal and you can just pay the difference. Email support and they will work with you one way or the other. :)

This is exactly what I need to do as well. Spent a miscellanious $100 and for $10 more I would be happy to upgrade to a divine. How long and when did you email support might I ask?

I mailed them at 3AM this morning and when I checked my email at 1PM there was a reply. Seems they are getting faster. Was expecting 5 days LOL

Just got this in reply to my question about an extra effect for dual wielders.

Hi Jeff,
Sorry about the long delay and thank you for your patience and your interest.
We have a patch coming soon - if you have a supporter pack effect on
one weapon then it will show on the other weapon you are dual wielding
with, unless a different effect overrides it. There is no extra charge
for this.
I also got the other information about lower tier effects/pets and upgrading.

If you upgrade from Regal to Divine then all the Regal items will
change to Divine items. Note that to upgrade between tiers of packs
that have cosmetic weapon effects, those effects must be in your
microtransaction stash for it to succeed. If you prefer the Regal
items and don't want the Divine items, you can let us know at support
and we can change them for you. You only get both the Regal and the
Divine items if you buy both of those packs separately. We currently
are offering a deal where people can buy a lower tier weapon effect or
pet for half of the cost of the pack, so a Regal weapon effect or rhoa
pet would cost Divine Supporters $25 USD.

I wonder if i should do this too or just wait for their answer. It's the same thing for me got 4 $20 packs that i want to upgrade to divine.
