Why nobody told me before that you are merely humans? Honestly, I feel cheated. /:
The money I was planning to buy D3 with, I instead spent on PoE. This is the better sequel for a true fan after all.

Now, I am happy to be able to afford an upgrade to a supporter pack :D

Keep up the awesome work guys!

The same with me. Believe me or not, 1 year after the release of D3, and after already starting playing PoE, I decided to buy D3. But first, I downloaded demo version of D3 to get more hyped up. After spending 20+ hours playing demo and trying out all the classes, I disliked it even more, than in the beginning. I really, really wanted to buy it and enjoy D3, but I just couldn't. It just didn't feel right. Instead I put the money into PoE, where I felt at home, the moment I started my first game. Waiting to upgrade to Support Pack right now. :)

I have just received the 2nd answer to my upgrade request sent on 9th (Sunday).

"Hi there,

I am sorry it is taking so long to process your case for you. As you
could imagine, we are completely inundated with large volumes of mail
regarding the supporter packs and the team is working around the clock
to get the backlog cleared.

A senior member of support will be contacting you as soon as possible.
You will not be forgotten.

Thank you for your generous support and continued patience!

Kind regards,
Luca"

I didn't respond since there is no point of cluttering up even more their full inbox with "thanks" and "I've got it". Let's hope I won't lose interest in PoE before the deal goes through. ;)

So finally got mail again from them, but then it was the same as the guy above me posted. :(

Oh well, guess I can wait a little bit longer. :)

Same. I happen to work in customer support for a game company myself, we have an entire dedicated floor for this and still have large delays, can't imagine what they're having to do given how few people they have (sounded like they're hiring more, but there's training, policy stuff, etc). Looking forward to the upgrade, but I can wait because I know it's coming :D
I wonder how many people want to upgrade and support gg since they have so much backlog and they are already working for 1week and only replying to people that mailed 6days ago xD. I hope they get tons of money for their work.
6 days and counting...
If you can't control it, STOP.

7th day here. I was informed that GGG doesn't work on those emails on the first come, first serve basis, but works simultaneously on the first ones and the last ones in the queue, obviously leaving the middle emails at the very last. Perhaps we are in this category.

If we knew how big percentage of those deals have already gone through, it would have given us a rough estimation of when we could expect the answer. Anybody from GGG? Are we talking "tomorrow" or "1-2 weeks" from now?
