A few weeks ago I bought a point pack for 50$, but I can't see any upgrade option in my account.

Just to clarify, if I had the Regal pack with the cosmetic weapon effect, and then upgrade to the Divine pack - the cosmetic effect is replaced, rather than both being available? The only exception being if I purchase the Ruler of Wraeclast pack?

I'm confused, it says I have a $50 pack under My Account, but when I click upgrade the only thing I see is "Upgrade to Divine Pack - $60" and above+. Wheres the option for the Regal Pack? T.T

For a moment I thought I had made a mistake and missed out on a discount when purchasing the Regal Supporter Pack because I didn't upgrade from a previously purchased Point Pack, however after looking at it a bit more carefully I see that the contents of the upgrade excludes what you've already gotten from the Point Pack you're upgrading from (Explaining the price difference) so it all ends up being a non-issue.

I'm not sure what to do about making the Upgrade buttons (In your list of Transactions) more enticing to click and see what they actually do, but something should probably be done.

Anyways, I have 350 more points... to spend on stuff! And the sound track! The pets I'm kinda meh over.

I'm not bothered by my mistaken purchase, as you guys do deserve some cash since you got aussie servers implemented (Awesome work! 50ms Vs. old 230ms latency) and have been pretty alright so far.

I have two points packs, $20 and $50.

If I upgrade the $20 with a $30 purchase to get the Regal Pack on my account, can that then be upgraded with the $50 pack + $10 purchase to end up with the Divine (total $110 spend)?


To those asking about $50 point pack to Regal, I suspect that can't be done because you got 166 coins above what the pack provides.


Actually, I think my own question is going to run into the "too many points already received" category. I guess I will bother Support instead ...

Hi, in a similar situation, I have 3x 10$ packs, that's what I afforded during time, each one with their own button.

Can't they be considered a $30 pack instead?

Once I upgrade one of them, the others become useless, isn't it ? I can't have TWO Baby Rhoas at the same time...

I think that most people are in the same situation.

How about merging everyone's 0.10.x "dollar packs" and then give the ability to upgrade to a superior one?

I would definitely go for a Regal Pack if I had to pay only 20$ extra to the $30 I already did, not to mention that I also payed for a Kiwi pack from before open...

I kind of wish you'd let every tier above the initial cosmetic get the cosmetic below it. Seems kind of dumb that you don't get the lesser cosmetics for a larger purchase?
