I too got a reply but it was from a question I had asked Saturday before the upgrade announcement. My mail from Sunday asking for the upgrade I'm still waiting for. The line is moving.

I sent my request on the 7th of June and I'm still waiting... not sure "how fast" that line is actually moving :P

I sent email to GGG on 8th June regarding the upgrade. I bought regal pack before and i have plenty multiple 20$ pack purchase. But, They told me that there will be another announcement for this upgrade anytime this week ?
Or should i email them for upgrade request ? |

cool i can upgrade to a better pack! ^_^ but wait i loose my weapon effect but why i want both not loose to get a diffrent one not better depending on opinion should be a way to upgrade adn keep the stuff you got just saying....
