We have a patch coming soon - if you have a supporter pack effect on
one weapon then it will show on the other weapon you are dual wielding

This is all I wanted. GGG guys are fair and reasonable! :) I haven't yet received a final answer to my email regarding point pack upgrade to SP, sent on 9th.

Starting to lose patience as well. I want to spend another $150 to support GGG with an Exalted Support Pack, but they won't help me out. I need them to combine my small past purchases. My original email was 4 days ago the morning of Sunday the 9th.

Have hope, I opened my ticket earlier and got an answer today, eventhough the guy just asked me for my email address, which I still dont understand. Best part though is that I am probably at the end of the line again now so I will most likely make me wait another week.

You will probably get contacted tomorrow/today (friday). Friend of mine opened his support ticket on the 9th and got an email today.

They are backlogged with probably over 450 tickets. Have patience, they will not disappoint.
