Nothing I can think of Tom, your doing fine. It is pretty much a test of patience to run this build without the gear, but it isn't impossible. Just wait until you get an Aegis Aurora.

From your megaera double boss video: No extra damage mods, they are on enfeeble and you are overdosing on ruby flasks. 90% of the times the fireballs hit your ES its dropping by ~300 to 400 on most hits, and 500-600 very occasionally (crits most prolly) Even though it moves back up really fast, you can make out the numbers, especially if you pause it a bit here and there.
Enfeeble vs bosses = 40% reduced effect, so 21% reduced damage and 23% reduced extra crit damage From Rory GGG posting in another thread These monsters, and their equivalent versions in Maps have 50% reduced curse effect: Brutus Vaal Oversoul Merveil Piety (Does not apply in the Crematorium) All other Map bosses have 40% reduced curse effect! 79% of damage dealt on normal hits 23% + 30% = 53% reduced extra damage from crits = 100 + (0.47 x 0.50) = 124% damage on a crit 81 + 10 = 91% resist fire = 9% of damage dealt First we take an average hit 300-400 ~ 350 / 0.79 / 0.09 = 4922 average I would say they have a 4-6k range before crits, it would make sense since on stream, I have seen them drop 8k ES characters with purity / 79 res that dont even bother using flasks or enfeeble and have no spell block in a couple of hits. 5000 x 0.21 = 1050 average, ~1500+ on a crit 300 damage taken : 4218 original fireball dmg 400 damage taken : 5625 original fireball dmg To check crits 4000 - 6000 x 1.24 x 0.79 x 0.09 = 352 - 528 life taken You get hit for 5xx twice or so, it was definitely a crit. Map has -17% resists, so with flask you have 91 - 17 = 74% resists So 0.26 of damage taken, thats 0.26 / 0.09 = 288% ~ 3 times more damage taken than before, and its a medium roll! - max is crazy man! The damage range taken should be 300-600 x 2.88 = 864 - 1728, which is exactly in line with what the video shows. With 17xx ES, you are often hit and left at 200-1000 ES (7xx - 15xx), or hit and a few hp taken off (18xx dmg - massive crit with max dmg range). tl;dr megaera hits for 4-6k fire, before crits, resists, enfeeble and damage mods O_O |

currently trying to buy rares to max out hp + chaosres. nothing much else i can spend ex on. i can already AFK on numerous Chaos dealing mobs without too much hassle. "regen back between blocks" im looking at about 60 chaosres upgrade in items wich would put me on 81/86/81/75 neceserra? not really.. but its just that i WANT it to be done |

Hey guys,
I've been using a somewhat similar build on hardcore that's taken me safely from 87 to 92 now. Although the dps isn't spectacular compared to other specs, it's let me run close to all map mods just fine and there's been a certain pleasure in just being able to stand still in massive packs of monsters or face tank high maps' bosses with tough map mods while others have to run left and right to dodge attacks. Here's my gear: My HC Race & PVP Rewards collection at /3140751. Please help me locate the few missing ones!
