Common Suggestions and Feedback (with Dev Responses)
New to the game, loving it so far. What I think would make it even better:
1 - Character Skins in Shop. Like a younger templar, older Duelist, less terrifying marauder and so on. Maybe even female templars, or male witches, with voice acting. AND MAYBE A SKIN WITH SOME PANTS IN DAT TAMPLAR. 2 - Gear comparison possibility. 3 - Gear comparison or view in forum (so we can look each other's items). I don't know if this is a feature already, but I couldn't find it. 4 - Persistent player presence in town. I don't know why but sometimes, when I go to town, there's a bunch of players there. I go back through the portal, then back to the city, then everyone just vanished. I don't know if this is some server limitation, but it would be nice if only maps with mobs would be instanced and towns be filled with other exiles. Thanks for all the hard work. Hey guys, awesome game!

I have a couple of suggestions for consideration:
- A unique loot color for currency items (scrolls, orbs, etc) like it is now for magic (blue), rare (yellow), unique (brown). This will help a lot for people like me who cant at a glance scan all the 100+ loot items in the screen - and so miss currency drops. - Chat tabs, it is impossible to have trade chat+whisper+party in the same window and keep track of all those, invariably resulting in turning off trade chat etc. |

I'm not sure if this has been posted or suggested already.
When you open trade chat or even when a item is linked. I would like to be able to hover over the item and press and hold alt so I can compare it with items I currently have on my character. |

Banning Spam trade scripts and postings would help. Last night, I noticed a direct correlation of Desync, and the amount of Global Spam postings.
Every 3 spam ads, caused a small amount of Desync. Before anyone says that's impossible, was coincidence ... when there was no Spam going on, there was no desync issues on my end. (I am assuming , when you change your setting to not see the global chat, it's still running on the server causing the same issues, you just aren't seeing it in your face. ) I feel, Trade should have to require REAL effort, and no bots ,or scripts, or macros, should be allowed. If it wasn't for the abuse, and OBVIOUS latency issues it causes, I wouldn't care one way or the other. Also, Limiting how often you can "Link" an Item in chat, would greatly help in this area. At least, Put my theory to the test ... run the PoE game, a day or two, with the Global Features disabled ... see if Desync is still an issue by player reports. |

Two suggestions which both is items.
1. "The egg" - Placed in one hand and does not count as weapon/shield/quiver. (Can give +1 phys damage or nothing) -> Helps facebreaker builds A LOT by not having the risk of picking up a weapon in the middle of the fight! ---------------------------- 2. "The Maveric" - Amulet Stats: This amulet cannot be removed once you wear it You cannot play in parties You cannot trade and you cannot use your stash You have tripple size of your inventory +(15-25)% XP earned IIQ/IIR from other items than "The Maveric" doesn't count +100% IIQ +350% IIR +(5-15)% Increased Damage +200 life +(25-40)% Chaos Resistance Crafting expert (Double chances of fusing/jew/chance) -> Instead of creating a new league requested by many (self-found) this can be a solution. Ok, there's a few things I have noticed since I started playing this a month or so ago and have lvled a exile to 80. First, my first character is a summoner and shes the highest and the one I like the most, the one "regret" I have is that I murdered all 3 bandit lords in normal because that seemed the expected thing to do. I don't suppose there is any way to have a 1 shot deal where you can turn back time on what bandit you killed? im sure 90's are worse then 80's but I still don't wana lvl a 2nd exile from scratch just to get it right.
Next, well, I named my first toon New_Newibe because I was, and I didn't wana get yelled at for newbie questions, now im not a newbie and well I hate the name. Don't suppose there's a name change service? Lastly, (and this is BY FAR the most annoying) Trying to run Lunaris runs with people jumping in and out all the time. First point- on this is that one player has to allways leave a portal up at the start of the instance, this is usually the leader, however if your just starting out solo, and then you get new people, you have to choise do I open a portal and let others through screwing my easy reset or not. The most obvious solution for this would be to move the WP in Lunaris so it right next to the way down to floor 3, like the undying blockage is right next to the wp in the sewers. This last week, when we had that bugged instance of lunar 2 that everyone wound up being able to join was so very convient. You did have a post about an endless dungeon, but the link to it on this topic is broken. That to would fix this issue. 2nd point- the fact that people show up and want portals but their too STUPID or lazy to bother to be STANDING at the portal site when the ask, so someone can just drop a portal, the'll notice and then jump in. When ur pushing hard in Lunaris, taking the time to stop and type could spell life or death (at least it does for me cuase im squishie). Or at the very least the people that slaugher packs of mobs by the sec get ahead of you again. My idea to fix this, Portals should have timers above them, telling people how long they have been open, a new player joins, someone right away drops a TP, back in town the person in question looks for a portal that's been up 10 sec or less and jumps in. Third point - Even if you do stop, and open portals constantly for people, some people show up then check out 2 min later because its not what they expected, or wanted, or anything else. this mean burning though lots of TP's really really fast. I know there are filthy rich people, who can just afford endless stacks of scrolls, those lucky saps that have found or have bought a portal gem, but im not one of them. It wouldn't be so bad if portal scrolls were more common, or the portal gem could simply be bought at the vendor for a couple GCP's. Oh ya, it would also help if there was some way u could open a portal with a click of a key on the keyboard without having to constantly go back into your inventory to click a scroll. Which brings up another issue. I know, "THERE WILL BE BUGS" its beta, so I can deal, but in regards to loot, there really needs to be sort of a sub-category for the PA system, where the player can set it to "any currency of less then Orb of Alteration is FFA". So many people walk right by scrolls and minor stuff like non quality gems because its below their notice cause their now rich, but the poor people still want to pick it up, and don't want to have to wait for someone else to leave the zone so they can path back and scrounge. Im at least decent enough, if I can't hold a rare, as to click on it so it drops making avaible to others who can hold it. Oh ya one last thing (I hope) when im typing a message in the game, and then I have to suddenly switch to something else, mid type, it loses the whole message, and I have to retype the whole thing. fix plz?
