[Camera] It's too close!
This game's camera angle pretty much killed the game for me. 15 min and I was ready to shove a knife in my eye. How are you expected to play a ranged class when you cant see monsters until they right in your face. It's unplayable as far as Im concerned.

I think it's fine I'd rather see some UI scaling or dropped items name scaling, cause that shit can clutter the whole screen

" Same. 10 mins gameplay I was done and back to playing torchlight 2 (the modded ver which alows even further zoom.) It's a shame because the game looks like it has a lot going for it but i personally find annoyances like this completely off putting. If this ever gets fixed ill be sure to come back and play this game. |

making the camera more faraway would be a huge buff for any class that can kill off screen and indirect nerf for melees

" Not intrinsically. Range could simply be controlled independently of display. Anyway, even if left as is, such a camera change could be coupled with melee buffs. So there is no good reason to tie not doing the camera to ranged/melee imbalances. There are very real other problems, such as network load and latency that matter. But it would be nice if we could get past that and have a slightly expanded view fulstrom. Last edited by Courageous#0687 on Jun 5, 2013, 12:56:36 PM

" Don't mean to be an ass, but the word is frustum. |

" Huh. Right you are. |

I am getting so sad every passing day, that nothing new is done to the camera and angle of view =/. It's just too much going on screen, while playing. It's very very important issue, that GGG should have solved by now and than move on fixing server load and stuff.
GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever. This is coming straight from the heart <3 Last edited by Farystar#1705 on Jun 5, 2013, 4:06:31 PM

Really ? Performance problems ? Chris serious ?
I'll tell you what. I've played Diablo 3 back in the days when it came out, and my PC was dual core with a crappy old video card and i was able to play it on max graphics. My PC now has about 10 years. After that time, i decided to improve my PC, so i bought a good i5 with AMD 7870 video card. Now im able to play all the new games on max graphics including games like FireFall that have INSANE graphics. But when it comes to Path of Exile, you are telling me that it will cause performance problems to old machines ? So tell me how did i play D3 back in the days with an old crappy PC on max graphics On topic. Make the ANGLE of the screen a bit like Diablo 3, so we can see what is down the screen when we do maps and you need to go down side instead of walk upside. http://www.hardwareheaven.com/reviewimages/lenovo-ideapad-laptop/diablo3-screenshot.jpg http://www.myit-media.de/the_end.html Last edited by MGTopgun#1427 on Jun 7, 2013, 8:30:16 AM
