Drop Rate doesn't match difficulty level now....

But....

I figth through whole lvl (pile of whites, one rare maybe), i kill the big bad boss (pile of whites, blue maybe), i loot big chest (big pile of whites and scroll of wisdom).

Not good.

This post its not about making game easier through increasing drop rate, because i like new difficulty lvl. Its rather about REWARDING the player. Atm i dont feel rewarded at all for (for example) full clear of Fetid Pools or Flooded Depths).

I dont know how big boses drops now (merveil etc..) but i think its not better..

The worst thing are big chests - its just so not fun to see big pile of crappy whites. :/ Maybe make them drop only scrools and currency and no items at all?
And why ffs you remove them from boss rooms? EVEN LESS REWARD? Oh yea....

I know that biggest reward for playear is beating content itself and 'playing the game" but... its loot game... looking at quest rewards and drop rate GGG dont understand this.

PS. Quests rewards make use some improwements too. More "OH MY ITS COOL!" plx.

I agree, bosses and champions mostly drop white items only, no point killing them atm.
I'm surprised no one told you yet to increase your magic find. Not that i'm saying that, i also dislike getting mostly useless whites and blues from bosses and big chests. It got so boring going through same content, same bosses and getting nothing worthwhile. Lot of items i have on me i bought...
I completely agree. The difficulty now has been dramatically increased, it's almost like a new game now.

I don't personally dislike the increase in difficulty, but I don't like that it feels the reason for the increase in difficulty lies in delaying the power level of the player character... Less drops, more XP required, power level of weapons decreased, ... just mean that you have to grind more to get to the same level of power as before and then it's back to steamrolling :P

I thought it was fine the way it was before... I like the AI improvements a lot though, but the rest shouldn't have been touched in my opinion.
Honestly I like that changes, even so they only changed drop rate of magical (blue) items so bosses can now drop white items too. The rare and unique rates are still the same I think.

Anyway drops are pretty high ... Belive me you will find that out when you learn to play better and more efficient which will happen globally some day and with very high drops the economy will die in 2-3 months.
afaik drop rates got lowered in the patch as the game is going closer to release state.
drops were higher before because devs wanted to receive quality item feedback for balancing.

After I let my rage over drops subside, I realized that it's actually better than before. Now alchemy and transmutes have more purpose. Think about that and try it out then decide. It sucks for low levels, that I can agree with.

Also, when using transmutes the sell value of blues went up so even if you don't get the mods you want it only takes on average 4 blues per alteration now which is great news for crafting.
