You need to get fire resist flasks, they're much more effective than health pots since it caps your fire resist and lets your regen take over which should be around 7-800 id imagine (guesstimate) per second, which is vastly superior to any health pot.

i have a quick question. if u plan on using EK filler wouldn't it be better if u took the phys dmg bonus from helping oak on cruel ?

I rarely use EK, only on certain maps, so no I don't think it would be.
