[HC] Righteous Fire Marauder (Ampiii lv. 89) Useless as of 0.11.0!

I'm very interested in your build; I've always wanted to at least see a build that uses Righteous Fire as its main source of DPS, and I have several questions that I hope you could elaborate on:
-What's your main/most important source of health regen?
-How did you level?
-When did you start using RF?
-What pieces of gear are absolutely necessary for this build to work?
-When/how did you acquire the necessary gear?
-What stats are most important in evaluating gear for your build?
-What flasks are you using?
Edit: How important are endurance charges/enduring cry to the functioning of the build?

Vitality/Passive Nodes are the only source of health regen that I have.

I use ground slam, you can use EK as well.

68 when I was able to equip saffel's, kaom's and divinarius

Saffel's, Kaom's in my opinion.

Chanced my Kaom's on my first try, most of it is self found, some of it is bought off friends.

HP, Resist, Armour.

3xFire resist pots and 2x granites (one of which is dousing to turn righteous fire off)

Not very important, but useful in certain situations.

Updated the build with elemental equilibrium, changed around gems a little.

It's really not easy to find people to pvp against.

It'll work, just not as effectively. You can get around 7.5-8.5k HP without a Kaom's vs 12-13k with.
