Edit: So I just did a little testing, and Haste seems to add very little to Cyclone (adding about 150 dps to my 3k dps cyclone).

I came to conclude that while the damage increase on Daresso's is nice (~700 on cyclone for me I believe) I would much rather have the defensive stats of a nice shield as I progress into higher level maps.

I've also been wanting to add haste to my setup as well, but my findings were similar to yours in that I only gained ~400 dps and it required quite a few aura reduction passives. If I can grab some extra mana somewhere in my gear as I continue to upgrade I'll probably end up using it, but for now it's too heavy of an investment for almost no gain.

Currently enjoying using Molten Shell + Iron Will + Faster Casting. Gives me some on-demand damage mitigation in situations where I don't want to use a Granite Flask, and some nice extra AoE damage.

Edit: Also, anyone tried Increased Area of Effect along with a quality Cyclone with Conc Effect + Carcass Jack. Just recently 6 socketed a Jack, and was wondering if I want BBGGRR or BGGRRR (for Added Fire Damage).

Added Fire support is the fastest way.

The major increases will come from Abyssus (but that lowers your defenses significantly), and ConcentratedEffect (but may decrease radius to an unusable extent).

Actually i changed life leech gem for added fire dmg and helm for abyssus, now its 5k dps on cyclone and that let me to 1 shoot every mob in game (didnt started maps) now im getting cash to get 5l carcass so ill start using concetrated effect.

With warlords mark i have always 3 endurance charges, so i just wonder if i should pick 2 more endurance nodes (to powerup my defences but actually i have no problems)

Would it suck to change Carcass for a 6 linked chest with more defensive stats?

Well, it will never deal more single target DPS. If there's 1-5 mobs, just inf blow them. Cyclone gets you through the large packs - especially when they are tightly packed. Think fellshrine/ledge/docks skeleton packs, or the guards at battlefront.

I say once you get a 3 link for Cyclone + BM + Faster Attacks/Melee Phys, it becomes way better for AoE.
