Lioneye's Glare - Possibility for a nerf on an overpowered item?

The fact is that the guy with this bow, when i asked him to trade my lioneye's 6L vs his bow told me ' keep your shit mine is 10 time better ". I think he tried the 2, he wouldnt say that otherwise.

The other bow has more DPS, but when it comes to situation where I need to use LGOH, LG wins in that department. Oh yea, in your previous post, the best case for LG is actually about 330 DPS. MY LG is around 320.

I don't know what is LGOH.

And when i said 310 i didnt calculate the dps of lineye's but it's around 310/320, far behind 384 ( and LG does not give critical strike multiplier and chance )

LGOH = life gain on hit.

+ with evasion + acrobatics and ondars keystone, you can pretty much evade reflect coming from your bow. You can't do that with LG since "hits cannot be evaded" also cannot be evaded on reflect. I'd trade my LG 310 dps to a similar rare bow anytime of the time. Saves me from swapping gems and quivers to deal with reflects...LG is a very good bow but comes with a price (small price perhaps?). Thing is, 300+ physical dps bows are pretty rare, at least I haven't seen too many of them and people that have them don't plan on selling them :) With 5+ aps accuracy isn't really a problem.

I use Explosive Arrow + Bear Trap when I have to deal with phy reflect, and I use Split Arrow + Bear Trap to deal with ele reflect. I never have to swap skills and quivers since I have other skills at my disposable, and they do a lot of damage in end-game maps. If I need to do more damage, I just have to get hit (if I ever do) to activate projectile weakness since I am using cast when damage taken on the curse skill. Yes, I know it is not a good idea, but the curse skill does not cost me mana when it activates, and it would be annoying to spam it.

Also, getting 5+ aps is not easy without resorting to frenzy charges and/or quill rain. Still, it is like you say, 300+ physical dps bows are rare, and if I want an upgrade, and not just slight upgrade, but an upgrade that will make replace LG quickly would cost a fortune. Maybe around 30+ exalts.

If you use LG why do you want it do be nerfed ? it's not OP since we can have a better bow ( not easy to have but donable ).

And LGOH with lighting arrow + lesser + chain = 36 target 3/4 time per second it's just awesome, try it :p
It just doesn't feel right to me that there is a bow with already 300+ dps AND something better than resolute technique without any counterpart.
It makes people potentially save a lot of points they would have spent in accuracy/resolute technique and will be even more efficient againt high evasion target ( and for future pvp, is somone has an evasion/dodge build ..... ).
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
Yes in PvP hit can't be evaded seems OP, but you still can Dodge and block hits ;) and reduce it with armor. Pure evasion build has never been viable why should it change ?
My pure evasion char is at lvl 83 atm, and is doing pretty fine ( melee ).

EDIT : wrong thread for that :>

Your way of thinking is quite terrible btw ( = "this sucks anyway, let's forget it" ).

This bow is nice, but it should have a counterpart somewhere, really.
