Solo Self-Found Manmode 1 Week Race (March 3rd Event)

Why not, missed my cleave shadow anyways.
this is the only way i can approach the one week as i like the short races (a bit more skill involved rather than time invested) as well as having to attend university...count me in for a non endurance charge gs mara...see you in the race =)
@slangDontStop
I'd allow molten shell and tempest shield and get rid of any ranged attack, like LS and ground slam. The whole downside of melee is getting hit. Those 2 skills allow you to not get hit.
I think I might try to make a shield charge/ground slam duelist.

Nice challenge .... but why cheese it with multiboxing .. so sad :(

Magnicon2 you claim "Hes only using multiboxing for quest rewards. Playing only with the gems one class gets massively limits the options you have for builds. Theres no grouping to increase gem drop chance. Also, "3rd party char" isn't an appropriate term. Simply multiboxing has nothing to do with 3rd party anything.

This event is taking place during the official 1 week race starting on sunday. Everyone will have clear stashes."

Right, so let me get this right, its "OK" to get multi chars to dump rewards in the stash and claim its not been traded when your controlling both chars but to not press trade...
Now maybe its my view but the difference between trading a gem between two chars your multi boxing and taking it to the stash, for the other to withdraw is the same. The char is gaining a reward he wont otherwise be entitled to. If gem drops for builds is the issue why is trading banned and "stashing while multiboxing" allowed? Seems a very thin line and one that is imo a little biased to people who have the ability to multi box. Seems a way of bending the feck outta the rules and pretending its not breaking the spirit of the race.
Kinda ment to be RNG and so having to pick builds your can use.

Just my opinion.

this multibox thing looks really lame to me, especially in a "manmode" race

wouldnt it be better to just roll another class first to get the gem you need, getting to cruel just takes a couple of hours and you should have any gem you need at that point

You could. If you choose to do this you keep the loot. With multibox you can only move the gems.

Duelists dont get weapon elemental, templars dont get hatred, only shadow and witch get enfeeble. The gem system does not satisfy a good build and to encourage diversity in builds I feel it is important to allow this. I am still debating rolling 3 different characters for gems myself, but I feel if people want to do it more efficiently, they should be able to.

Im sorry of this rule complicates the idea, but I just didnt want to see an army of groundslammers.

Should just remove the multiboxing and let participants trade for skill gems.
