Widespread "failed to load instance" DCs for the last hour or two

also having this problem.

Have disabled Firewall and Anti-virus,

tried all 3 servers. Still not working reliably.

Some instances work sometimes, and some never work. Making it impossible to play.

Getting same problem on Singapore server, working sometimes but genrally not working.

Am going to try other servers now having read these previous posts

Can load up to the char screen but cant load a game :(

its not fun...whats wrong man

fix it. half hour fighting with vaal, almost kill and stupid die by rocks. then go to town @failed to load instance! and 5 min cant join to server after that tp ofc out. funny!

still the same problem after 15 hours.
any clarification on what is causing this problem?
seems like singapore gateway is having a rough day.

can do normal map in euro and us
but with 400ping , dont wanna risk my exp.

All 3 server I have tried, still have the same problem. None of the act 3 maps I can enter. Please fix this ASAP

Also getting constant d/c's when changing maps with the message " failed to connect to instance " occasionally get to the next map but only after 5+ d/c's and it is the same instance which is weird cos it happens with or without +CTRL selecting the instance,even tried desummoning minions before changing maps...still no difference so it is server based i gues : (
