Yea, I noticed the assassin's mark later on.
There is a Nightstalker node and 2 more that give extra crit chance (30% + 30% + 60% = 120%) for dagger users, totally 4 points. Do you think they are not worth taking? Also, it seems +1 to max. power charges are not far away from the current tree. Do you think it wouldn't be viable to modify the current tree to this extent that you'd be able to take them. 8 points, which give +3 to max power charges. |

isostar- those nightstalker nodes aren't global crit - they only change the crit % for attacks with daggers, not spells cast when using daggers. So they are useless.
Also, for 8 points you can get a lot more damage than 150% crit would give. There's also the fact that you wont have power charges up 100% of the time, so I'd rather have a higher baseline dps than a temporarily spiked one. Hope this makes sense. |

Looking to try this build because I REALLY like Freezing Pulse. I'm still a relative beginner though, is this build possible with self-found items and pretty much no currency?

Rabzh - I'm not really sure about Uber. I've never done it myself so I dont really have a benchmark for it. I think mechanically you've got whirling blades for dodging and the damage is definetly there. I know some ranged builds do uber under 5k hp. So I would say yes, it probably is doable but I don't really have a good sense of how difficult it would be.
Villain14- This build is pretty cheap, but would not be good self found because it does require 3 unique items, and some solid jewels to get really good. However, if you can get to dried lake you can farm chaos pretty easily using the unid set recipe and be able to afford a 5l infernal mantle and a consuming dark dagger in just a day or 2 of famring at most id say. Pyre is dirt cheap so thats not an issue. You dont need to be mega wealthy to do the build at all, but if you're strictly self found youre going to have to get lucky having those 3 uniques drop. |

g1deon- yeah its not bad, although I'd go for life on the amulet myself.
Rabzh - curious to hear how acro works out for you. mind posting your tree, im curious how youre going to cut points to get over there. The build has plenty of dmg so i guess you could drop some dmg for it. Keep in mind its also going to cut your eb/mom shield in half, so theres that too. Hope it works out for you. Also solid gear, looks pretty good. |
