In 2.2, I think the Chaos Pulser has to be played as a lowlife Occultist to get its full power.

I just rediscovered my build from Warbands, and this build is still very strong and viable. With relatively mediocre equipment, I have managed to reach 130k max dps on GMP.

I am of course using a legacy Consuming Dark (I built this pre nerf) this build, using 2 Consuming Darks, could still be viable. The tree would stay relatively the same

If you know how to kite effectively, curse, and spam before anything reaches you, an ES pool of about 1700 works just fine, with any major problems only occurring on strong melee boss fights.

This build can not, however, do any super difficult bosses easily (Necropolis, Residence, Torture Chamber and the like) but can clear 3/4 of the tier 12s with relative ease.
