Path of Exile seems to perform poorly on ATI/AMD cards?

This should be one of GGG's top priorities. It's insane to have these performance issues plaguing almost everyone with AMD cards. Please take a look into it soon, before you lose a huge portion of players. It's making the game nearly unplayable.

got 80-90 in town, spikes to 0 fps during some new animation texture/load

group play ranges from "its ok with the right classes and their spells" to "absolutely nightmarish summoner with lightning speccs"

GTX 560M here. I can play D3, SC2 ultra setting no problem. Can't even group up with another person in POE.

Mobility Radeon HD 4650 here... sometimes even when by myself as a frenzy/split arrow character (which means no shiny effects!) I get some sluggish framerate spikes when beginning combat. I don't get what the issue is but if it's something I can fix myself I'd love to know how

Same problems, I cant try half the builds cause ill kill my self with fps crashes. I can play wow at 50fps high settings but cant play this solo with half the skills. This is the only problem turning me off the game and is its unplayable in a group. My buddy had same problem but his fix was 500$ into a new graphics card, not an option for alot of people im sure.

HD 6870. 90fps in town ~20-30 when in a zone

fps is improved after turning off tessellation mode.

one the second pc I have to do a few extra changes.
