That only remains true, as long as the overall chance to get uniques stays the same!

I'm pretty sure, that the chance for unique items has been increased a few times by now. At least I feel like I'm getting more uniques than I used to 2 years ago.

Though I can't say that for sure, cause in the end it's all RNG...
LOL this is what we need GGG, we dont need end game, we need 10lvl crap, and its not a problem that 1st day of every new (SC HC)league we do 50-60(mostly)lvl, in 1 !!! day. Some of funboys see here a good LLD weapon, LOL , next time ask good LLDs to show u rare swords)) I see now how GGG wasting time to make crap and don't polished end game. Who need 100 lvl in POE , its hard and boring , best way is to make 20 -60lvl....

In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.
The problem is players won't find them while leveling. They will find them in maps and be severely dissapointed. Do they at least have unique 3d art?

ist good and well to see new uniques...but...people will spend no time using them.I'm sad of it. They drop from hight level instances (>80% of time people spend in maps). Sorry for this criticism but I don't see good niche for it.

What we all need is a some way of transition of low level in hight lvl. Like trade recipe - sell 5 same uniques and get hight lvl unique or "shard" that somehow can transfer any item into inique. With more success then chance orb but , ofc, not 100%.

There will be some market and usability for all low level uniques even if they drop in 78+ map.

Come on, i got low level duelling items with tripple that damage and NO downside. I actually feel bad for the supporters who made these. And if you didn't already know. If you have a unique design in mind, you send it in and get you end up getting a reply from gg where the item is nerfed for 90% and asks you if it's fine.

This news clearly show you have no clue what your players want. This sentence is just crazy "we were lacking low-level unique items", unbelievable. On the specific, there are already several 2h weapons for melee leveling, as you said yourself, why adding more (meaning powerful items i know they re 1h)!??!
