New Low-Level Uniques

for all those guys who know all about programming (like: once you have set a probablility for a certain tier of unique items to drop in certain areas it stays that way and can never ever be changed): don't even think about to start programming.

spoiler to avoid comments: if before the introduction of new uniques every 30th unique in high level maps is a t1 unique, it's likely that the code will be adapted that it stays that way.

It's got to be an easy win when you make low level uniques because they are intentionally designed to not be impactful past level 40. But let's please keep in mind these items will be used for 1-3 hours in any players life, then likely never again.

GGG, can you give some attention to currently underutilized and out of favor powerful uniques?

I speak of extremely rare drops like Voltaxic Rift, which is nearly unusable and is beaten out by almost every other bow in the game.

Kaom's heart is still quite rare and simply isn't very good.

There shouldn't be items that are tier 1's and 2's (which are so rare is should be a cause for celebration not "oh i wish this dropped a year ago when it was still good) that go so out of vogue with the game mechanics for so long.

First off, PoE 2.0 includes updates to old unqiues.

Second, that statement I quoted is crazy and incorrect.

As others have said. Low level uniques for leveling isn't bad but lets be realistic, your chances of acquiring one while leveling is basically zero, especially for a new player.

I did level a new char for the one month league and got about 5 uniques after I had passed level 60 and none before. 3 of those were the same useless boots (Lioneyes something).

So yeah... no suprise I'm not excited for those news.

Change it so we have a realistic chance of getting a low level unique at low levels. Nothing will get broken when one can have a chance for a low level unique at level 20, but it would make those uniques actually apreciated then.

Will there be any chance for implementation of crafting recipes to upgrade the base item of uniques?
eg: Spiked Club > Barbed Club > Tenderizer

because low lvl uniques is what we really need...
