Several other early rewards have been changed and adjusted.

GGG can you release full list of changes? It will be annoying to start a new character and realize that you won't receive skill gem that you were hoping to get.
I already asked it before but I still don't have an answer.

Is it possible to have bandits quests reset along with the passive tree reset ?
I mean, it's not like thoses choices aren't really impactful on a specific build...
It would be coherent in my opinion.

I am 99% sure I saw a Dev, possibly Mark, say that minion kills do contribute to the rampage-o-meter.
