It would be a beautiful thing if the changes to quest rewards were known ahead of the Xpac hitting live.
Reduced mana is a great addition to every character's portfolio of skill gems obtainable from quest rewards. When that gem shows up and whether it shows up more than once can have quite an effect on character planning, particularly for a new league. If it doesn't and we all wing it, then that's admittedly not a huge deal. We just might have a tough choice or two to make that we didn't need to make before. Like a lot of others, I'm really looking forward to this Xpac. Now that prestige classes will finally leave lab in 4.0, will GGG get it right this time or will they find new ways to repeat old mistakes?

Was gonna level to late 70s with searing bond but with 20% nerf there's just no chance. gonna go arc until get I the gear to switch to ele wander.
24% wrath nerf gonna hurt but can probably get around it with dmg on rings/amulet. vaal or no balls
