If you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars to create a unique. A normal person would want to create a unique that everyone would want to use, not a useless one that they would vendor or let sit in the stash. We do know that GGG has a saying, but its pretty unfair. For instance, even though some are not made by donators: Soultaker, Kaoms heart, Shavronnes wrappings, Cloak of Defiance, & etc they will be forever engraved in PoE. That is what the donators that are creating their unique should strive for, imo.

Soul Taker and Cloak of Defiance are both Diaternal items, even though Soul Taker's financial supporter had nothing to do with its design.

" If someone doesnt want to design their unique then so be it, its their donation, they can do what they want, like the people who buy higher tier supporter packs but convert the physical goods into points. |

Thanks so much for sharing NotACuckRoach. The armour looks fabulous and the modifiers are clean yet powerful. However, I can't ever see it being released as a low level race reward.

something like " 2% of your chaos damage over time is gained as life " would be have been awesome ... and a better synergy
or " 50% of your chaos damage over time is applied instantly " or something completely different like " your chaos damage has a 25% to chill the enemy " anyway, gratz | |

Nope. I'm pretty much in the dark for now. I've submitted two drafts. The aesthetic side was supposed to be have been done by 1.2.0 but eh. GGG don't promise 'it will be'; they just say 'should be'. They're clever like that.
