Glad you like it, the 6 keystone is the most simmilar to d2 experience as you can get from these builds at least, imo.

The Revenants are still best IF you have them in a 5 or 6L. Below that, the Flame Sentinels seems to be the better choice (4L and below).

Hey Ghazzy. Just wanted to know because it's not quite clear, what would be your choice in gems for a 5l Pledge? SRS, Minion Damage, Melee Phys, Multistrike and Culling Strike? You mention Empower for the +3 staff but how much of its usefulness do you lose with a Pledge? Also what do you think about Melee Damage on Full Life and Melee Splash?

Hey!

Empower would be my 6th gem and only on lvl 3 or 4. In a Pledge of Hands i would add it as a my 5th or 6th depending on mana possibilities.
Empower > Multistrike > Culling Strike, however you still want to change Melee Splash for a red single target optimized gem. So if you can sustain the mana cost during a vaal haste with Empower and Multistrike, then I would change melee Splash for multistrike and use the Empower.
If you have problems with this I would use culling strike over Empower and change melee splash for empower for the single target DPS. Its a bit of a tricky situation to optmize :)


TLDR:
SRS - Minion Damage - Melee Phys - Melee Splash - [Culling or Empower] Change Melee Splash for Empower or Multistrike depending on the usage on the 5th slot.

I would prio the quality of your zombies for life first, after this its a question of adding the most DPS which is almost impossible to calculate as we are never going to get proper numbers about our spectres from GGG.

So... the choices you have are;
* Minion Damage for the spectres
* Generosity for the auras (Very strong)
* Spell Echo for the spectres

After this it doesn't really matter what you choose but i would recommend the prio to be towards your spectres with that build.

bought a pledge of hands for 1ex (pretty cheap) but its only a 4L atm, its absolute shit compared to the +2 staff tho.

Is empower a must-have for pledge? Also I can summon the same amount of srs minions with pledge than with the +2 staff with cast speed, i though the lv30 spell echo would be really noticeable.

am i missing anything here? thanks!

Empower is deffo a must!
Nah the difference in cast speed isn't big at all, actually a 20%+ cast speed rare staff has higher cast speed increase than the difference in 20-30 spell echo :)
We use Pledge if we cant sustain the mana cost of SRS during Vaal Haste with Multistrike in the gem setup using a 6L. WITHOUT speccing extra mana/mana cost reduction and/or mana regen nodes. So that we may put those in to more minion jewels instead.
A +3 staff would be better if the mana gain is useless for us (such as; BM mod crafted on staff, EB/ZO, BM Keystone SRS). And if you can sustain it due to having insanely good mana cost reduction and/or mana regen on your gear to allow the casting of SRS during vaal haste using Multistrike in the gem set up!

Sorry for bothering you, it's just that I don't want to waste 150 fus on the pledge and realize it's not a lot better :/

EDIT: i got really lucky and 6L'd a pledge with only 8 fusings... So I'll be using that for sure haha.

Well, again, the difference is very small in the end. The pledge will allow you to reach a point with mana regen on gear that you should be able to remove most if not all mana regen/mana and/or mana cost reduction nodes from the tree that is instead placed in jewel slots, once youve reached a max ammount of nearby jewel slots which you at lvl 100 can see that sometimes depending on tree layout, its better to go for 3x cast speed nodes at that point. Make sure all jewels have Minion Damage > Cast speed on them.

The extra damage you recieve from this compared to a +2/3 staff is noticable and makes the 2 staves on par so to say. The problem with +2/3 staves is that they require so much more mana regen to sustain everything where as the Pledge is the more comfortable and cheaper choice in the end. Ultimately the difference is not big at all 6L PoH vs 6L +3.
