Depends on what you want from them, the links displayed are showing maximized DPS output which does not include culling strike at all for very obvious reasons. However if you want it is absolutely a possible gem for the sake of having your spectres doing most of the dmg and the srs fast paced atk speed will cull them down. Effecient for mapping, less effecient for bosses with high end HP. Again, im showing maximized DPS links.

However, Empower being better than Multistrike, since when? The +3 gives 1 lvl to Empower, lets say you have a lvl 4 empower for the sake of calculating, you end up with lvl 5 in that weapon giving 4 lvls that is a direct increase of an approximate 40% MORE dmg from that support gem. There are more than a few other gem links that would give more than 40% MORE dmg instead of a lvl 4 vaaled Empower gem in this link set up. So no, Empower is not better than the other gems even in a + staff.

@Ghazzy - So Chris just replied to me saying that several Sprectre got balanced due to beta feedback and common sense. Including Revenants. Do you still think they will be a good option? Or do you expect them to be nerfed to the ground?

Let me know if I´m wrong, before awakening the best staff for a SRS build was +3 staff ( +2 fire gem and 1+gem) and now for awakening I read in your SRS hybrid build that the best staff is Pledge of Hands. Is it correct? if yes... is it Pledge of Hands the best staff for all builds that you go to put for SRS ? Thanks in advance.

Since 2.0 Mult and Splash has no +dmg mod

SRS:
23lvl - 623 av.dmg
25lvl - 771 av.dmg
27lvl - 949 av.dmg
28lvl - 1050 av.dmg

+2 staff + Emp.4lvl = ~27% inc
+2 staff + Mult 20/20 = ~30% inc

+3 staff + Emp.4lvl = ~34% inc
+3 staff + Mult 21/20 = ~32% inc

Meaning Echo + M.Ph.D + M.Dmg + Culling already linked and we have Hatred+Generocity, Haste, V.Haste, F.Offering active.

lvling as summ is SHIIIT but u well get rewarded endgame...

And can anyone tell me if minion damage is better than empower lvl3? i'm still using +2 staff though.
