A one month softcore? Really GGG going full casual.

The one monther sound's great but why not always HC & SC version's of events so part of the community doesn't feel alienated ?

Very good idea to keep people in-game between leagues! Despite other complaints, I'm very happy this is non-hardcore. Nice to have something for everyone to do.

" I'm so tired of seeing this! It doesn't hold water! To begin with you are comparing two weeks to one month. That's literally twice as along(math is hard). Also, the 2week charity race was over a month ago, and the only good prizes were for characters below lvl45 which meant SC players could easily become eligible for them. On top of that, there is no point for HC players to play this 1 month league. All of our work will be for nothing because at the end it is parented to SC. This wasn't the case with the two week. You could choose between your characters staying in HC or dropping down to SC. And "just delete your character if you die" doesn't make sense either. The 1 month economy will be tainted by death. A player that deletes all of his items when he dies will not be able to compete with a player that doesn't. |

I'm upset about no HC league.
But I didnt log in to post about that.... I had to log in to post about how stupid the comments "Just delete your character if you die, bam hardcore" post are. Is that all you think it is? The entire economy is different. Top ladder players die with top items for the duration of the league. The player that becomes blood lusted and pushes heavy offense in an attempt to gain some ladder ranks, his choice, if it brings him to his end has just changed the entire economy of the league and could bring new value to other players items. One player or a handful of players deleting their character on death would not bring the same HC experience to the league. |

No HC fan is denying any SC fan to have their own SC league. HC has a different mind set and SC is too far removed from that mind set. If you want the HC players tied to POE they need a toy to play with.
