As a HC player I approve this.

Make it to 90 without dying would be pretty awesome add to this SC race, 80 wouldnt be enough as you can level up just by farming Piety and still get decent exp

There were several thousand people above lvl50 in the 2-week charity event a while ago. That is the best indicator of how many people there are in HC. So there's some perspective for you, unless you honestly think ignoring 8-10 thousand people is a good idea.

Same as with CB Key lottery. Players try to receive rewards by buying more tickets.
A player got no static IP or has access to many proxies and creates 10 accounts for the 2 week event.

Where were those 8-10k people on Invasion launch? After 1,5 weeks there was literally nothing to PK anymore.

This is just a Fillerevent.

One was RMTing too much.(But well without shaming other Challenge winners there former 8 challenges also have been RMTed by some players aka RMTing missing items )

As a HC player what I want is the most difficult, grueling and merciless league possible, but without the stupidity of getting one-shot off screen by some boss you can't see(this is what Invasion was like). Even though this SC league has all the ingredients of a difficult league, it's not. Giving us a HC variant of this exact league would make me so, so, so happy.

even if you change your IP they still know who you are. they use ClientID's as well.

Aw, I was hoping to have race reward points available to be won. Oh well, looking forward to new 4-month league info soon.

You guys spend several years of marketing PoE as a hardcore game (which it was)
and now you go piece by piece to the boring softcore stuff?
there is NOTHING competitive about softcore.

First you fail with invasion beeing lackluster and crazy tuned in the first weeks (clearly 0 oversight and preparation went into it) and now you ruin the next event for the hardcore community too. Ambsuh was great for the softcore players , time to give HC back what we deserve!
