That would be a total of at least 3-4 support gems you allwys want.

Also i find it hard to imagine that the new armor vs evasion concept will work. This time evasion will be clearly superior. Hopefully i'am wrong ;) .

One thing that stands out is that you don't do a complete wipe, don't see any solid reasons for legacy league. But whatever you do people will complain!

I hereby patent my idea of a dual wielding staff character with both staff block and dual wielding block for an awesome 20% block chance without a shield.

That 2h dual wielder gets a whole lot of sockets. Those keystone passives are pretty meaningful.

That sounds... obscenely, "every other non-shield melee option being terrible by comparison" level of overpowered. Up to 12 socket slots on 2 hands? The dual wield speed bonus and the high damage per hit off two handers?

Out of curiosity, what kind of keystone passives for Archers/Casters/Shield melee/Dexterity Dual wield melee can even begin to compare to that?

Very good changes indeed! I personally love the passive skill tree revamp, as well as the new Act 2 content.
