What is the most OP build in game right now ?
" I think this is because Flicker is no longer very popular. The way you'd build a Crit Dagger Flicker is almost exactly the same as the way you'd build a Crit Dagger Spectral Throw, but ST has a lot of advantages: 1) No need to use Frenzy charges to keep attacking 2) Better AoE coverage 3) Doesn't cause headaches from your screen going crazy 4) Generally safer since you are in control of positioning and is ranged 5) Doesn't grind down when there's only one target Only disadvantage is that DPS is lower, but once you get super geared you don't need the extra DPS that Flicker provides, so who cares. |

" On my list i indirectly included flicker strike when i listed CI crit melee builds.As a guy who solo/duo his way to 96 playing flickerstrike,i know perfectly well that flicker is OP for solo/small party playing,having the highest possible melee DPS,and not getting hit due to teleporting,while it is bad for full parties,unless some is using conduit.Also it is the second most desync-fest skill.That's why on my flicker build i always make use of 3 attacks(flicker/frenzy/LS) instead of one,and also why my tree is also optimised for using double strike +splash for parties. As Sorak mentioned flicker builds are indeed not popular anymore,cause spectral throw is just down right better in all areas. I do wonder what people consider the most OP build for hardcore leagues.
The chance to Vaal +1% maximum resists on an amulet is less than 1/300.

" Cast on dead portal build obviously, the strongest party build imaginable to men. It's a very noble build, sacrificing one-self to save the party in danger.

Cyclone Coc variant imo, can run up to 120% alched maps for an investment of roughly 6/8 exalts without danger. That's pretty solid cost/efficiency wise.

^the key part on hardcore is not dying, and that's the main bonus a cyclone coc ek variant has going for it.
I don't have any links to builds because i create my own, sorry. It has mediocre clear speed do, but given that you can run 120% lvl 78 maps without danger should off-set that imo. Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes
