the build in my sig is still the best until they either reduce max resists again or turn romiras/protector/devotion to legacy.
That build does sub 2 minute 78 map clears on 6 man hp?

Pain attunement + shavs + righteous fire+snapshotting?.. ya. Pretty much anything oneshots with that. It's the same as CoE + shavs seeing how PA is used.
Definitely the most powerful combo that needs nerfing.
People still whining about a 30% buff that requires two of the most expensive items in the game to even use.
Do you people even logic, bro?

Well.... add in CoE and it's a lot more than 30%, 74% from spell dmg shield, 23% from ammy, >78% from tree etc, etc... :)

You do realize when speccing/gearing into that much spell dmg strictly for your CoE setup you are giving up a lot with an ES max of maybe 6k with all bis/mirrored gear. If you have all the best gear you should clearing faster than people with mediocre gear.
It's a two way street. People whining about CoE+Shavs are people without CoE+Shavs.

I ve had both shavs and a CoE and i am whinning. Not because of your build, for melee the tradeoff is completely justifiable,i might even go as far to say that sometimes(depending on your preferences)is not worth it.But being able to do RANGED 10x the DPS of a full body mirrored bow spec, while having better defenses,is clearly broken, agree or not...

I'm not sure about the better defenses part by a longshot, although a "melee only modifier" change to CoE would be a just change for you I'm assuming. I'm against all changes to gear already implemented for the record. Taking something away from people is always a drag.
Listening to people whine about other people enjoying themselves is also a drag. Seeing that CoE/Shavs whatever what have you, have no impact on pvp whatsoever.

all changes ? so you don't want buffs as well as nerfs ?
herein lies the problem. since GGG has demonstrated the difficulty in introducing skills and items that are balanced, they REALLY need to start erring on the side of underpowered.
saying that they shouldn't be allowed to change anything is completely unrealistic. This is software after all.
buffing an underpowered item is a better place to be than nerfing an OP item and then creating legacy items in the process. AND THEY KEEP MAKING THE SAME MISTAKE. WTF ?!

I don't mind buffing the clearly underpowered. However I'm sure there are viable combinations for any of the so called underpowered skills in the game provided people try hard enough to test their options.

No,CoE+Shavs are expensive,so they should clearly give some benefits. My main problem lies on spectral throw, the skill is not balanced.Offsceening mobs with 550DPS daggers with max crit is broken, and judging from GGG's history, will lead to nerfing daggers alltogether. That will not be an issue for me or for you,but CI melee on standard to be viable(not dying at 76-78 maps consistently),already has a bare minimum of 150 exalts.I mean i do not even know what to tell to people PMing me about the build.I am always...man just don;t try it,it's not worth it.Also i want top players, who are mainly interested in playing the most powerful thing there is to have options. As of now,low life spectral throw overshadows EVERYTHING by a long shot.It is the most OP thing that PoE EVER had.I never had any issues with sporkers, dischargers, freezing pulsers, aegis aurora users etc...
Anyway, the nerfs that i predict for the new rebalance are general low life, general auras, dagger passives, general crit, spectral throw spesific.I d be happy to be proven wrong, but i highly doubt it

While it does seem to be the flavor of the month(s)
I don't have an issue w spectral throw.
